ClockWatch是一个网络校时的软件。通过一些提供标准时间的服务器，让你的电脑也可以时间一秒不差。但如果在无网络的地方，便只能是一个小时钟软件了。软件内提供了世界各地的时间差资料，使用者可以把当地的时刻与世界上另外一地的时刻，同时显示出来，一次看两地的资料。ClockWatch包括了Basic、Pro、Sentry和Client/Server四个版本，Basic版只具有简单的时间设置和图形显示功能；Pro版具有多种显示和连接设置；Client/Server用于企业网路内部时钟同步，其中Star Syns Server可以通过GPS卫星校正时间；Sentry版可以防止未经授权的用户更改时间!
